In July, 2014, we implemented a new software platform. Despite what you may think, we did NOT do it to confuse you, we promise. Rather, we believe it will give us much more insight into your propane needs, and help us better fulfill your requirements in a timely manner. You will see differences in the following ways:
- your customer number has changed,
- the delivery ticket has changed, but it still has all of the important information on it, and
- your monthly statement has changed.
